Today we finally took refuge under the throne of the Buddha. We are happy. We are in joyous jubilation.
Why are people in joyous jubilation ?
Why are they so excited and in high spirits ?
Why are they all swaying and dancing with utmost enjoyment ?
This is because an oasis has appeared in the desert, because the dark night has been penetrated by the illumination of sunlight, and because H.H.Dorje Chang Buddha III has come to this world, true Buddha-dharma is now being propagated here. We once again have the true and real reliance for attaining accomplishment and liberation! What else can be more exciting and inspiring to people than having found true Buddha-dharma?
The holiest primordial Buddha, Dorje Chang Buddha has come to this world, The door toward accomplishment and liberation has opened wide for us. Any living being, regardless of which religion he takes refuge in or which sect he belongs to, as long as he can rely on the true Buddha-dharma from the holiest Buddha to learn and cultivate sincerely, he is certain to be immersed in the bright illumination of accomplishment and liberation!

Near the picturesque city of Fresno, located in the Western United States, there is an exquisite and solemn temple called the Xuanfa Buddhism Center(Xuanfa Temple). Its abbot is Ven. Zhaxi Zhuoma Rinpoche. She is a western Caucasian rinpoche with high realisation from self-cultivation. Though having attained high realization, she never slacks down even a little bit in her bodhi practice of patience and endurance. Her state of conduct even included prostrating to those venerable ones and rinpoches whose statuses were lower than hers. She had been learning and studying Buddhism for over 30 years. She had traveled all over the world without success in search of the pure and correct dharma taught by Sakyamuni Buddha. Only after she became a disciple of H.H.Dorje Chang Buddha III was her long-cherished wish eventually fulfilled.
